Personal Wellness Strategy
Health, approached with the same rigour as everything else.
A hands-on wellness partnership for founders, executives, and investors who haven't had time to think seriously about their health, until now.
Health information accumulates.
What matters is the ability to interpret it in context - and translate it into something that actually works.
Diagnostics, practitioners, lifestyle - these rarely speak to each other. The work here starts by gathering everything, drawing the connections no single practitioner has the time or remit to draw, and building one coherent, workable approach. You don't need to have tried everything already. You just need to have reached the point where you're ready to take your health seriously — not as a project for later, but as something that shapes how you live and think now.

The approach
01
Full context, not partial data
A holistic understanding of you.
Most practitioners see one part of the picture. The work here starts by gathering everything — health history, existing results, your life day in and day out — before drawing any conclusions.
02
One coherent framework
Patterns identified, conflicts resolved, priorities established across all inputs.
Fragmented advice is one of the most common reasons people don't make progress. Bringing everything into a single framework means nothing is working against something else.
03
Continuous refinement
The approach adjusted as results come in and circumstances change.
What works on paper doesn't always translate directly into a demanding life. The approach stays responsive — adjusted based on what's actually happening.

Katya Gousseva, PhD
Personal Wellness Strategist
A PhD in molecular science shaped a particular way of thinking — precise, systematic, sceptical of shortcuts. That orientation later turned toward health: a sustained, private study of what genuinely drives lasting change in human performance, tested over years of personal practice.Working closely with founders, executives, and investors revealed a consistent pattern — access to information without the time or framework to act on it meaningfully. The work now sits at that intersection: interpreting diagnostics, consolidating input across practitioners, and translating it into a coherent, workable approach. From there, the focus is on implementation — refining, adjusting, and building changes that hold under the realities of a demanding life.Individualised, grounded in evidence, and shaped around the individual.
For those who prefer rigour over reassurance.
What would it look like to live well, not just work well?
FAQs
Which package is right for me?
The focused engagement tends to suit people who have a specific area they want addressed - a set of symptoms, a question they want answered, or a particular aspect of their health they want to optimise. It's also a natural starting point for those who want to understand what working together looks like before committing to something longer.
The private partnership is for those who want the whole picture looked at - and who want someone alongside them to handle the process, not just advise on it. It works particularly well for people whose lives don't leave much room to manage the complexity themselves.
How much time will this require from me?
For the focused engagement, the intake takes one to two hours - a questionnaire and an initial call. After that, the time commitment is light: you receive a clear strategy and I'm on hand to guide you through it. The work is largely mine; the action is yours.
For the private partnership, the onboarding is more thorough and will vary depending on your situation. Beyond that, I handle as much of the process as you want me to - finding practitioners, coordinating appointments, managing the moving parts. Think of it as having someone who takes the complexity off your plate entirely.
In both cases, I work around you. If time is tight, we find a way to make it work.
Is this a substitute for medical care?
No — and it isn't intended to be. The work sits alongside your existing medical relationships, adding the strategic layer that is typically missing: synthesis, coordination and implementation.
Any diagnostics, appointments or specialist referrals are arranged on your behalf but paid for separately. That said, there is a great deal we can work with from what you already have.
Can I move from the focused engagement to the private partnership?
Yes. Some clients begin with the focused engagement to address something specific, and move into the private partnership when they want broader, ongoing support. The two are designed to work in sequence if that's the right path.
